  • Reliance World SIM cannot be used in India as TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) does not permit the same. This SIM only gets activated
once you are out of India. Reliance World SIM card is a UK based SIM card and hence it does not get activated in India. Your Reliance India mobile
number (incase you are using Reliance network in India) cannot be converted into a Reliance World SIM card as these are two different numbers.

  • Reliance World SIM card comes with lifetime validity which means that you do not have to change numbers every time you sign on a new ship. The
only condition is that the Reliance World SIM must have been used atleast once in a year to make a call or to send an SMS. If you have not travelled
out of India for more than a year and still want to keep the Reliance SIM card number valid, you can top up 500 Rs/- into your SIM card and the validity
of the SIM will get extended for the next 1 year.

Please ensure your GSM mobile phone is "Unlocked". If it is locked, the network that supplied the phone can probably help. You will receive an
instruction booklet from Reliance which will guide you how to use the Reliance World SIM.

  • To Receive Calls / SMS from India: Please note the country code for your Reliance World SIM is 44. Your callers will need to dial your  mobile number
    starting with the country code. Example: +44 x x x x x x x x x x. Similarly, for sending SMS from India, the sender will type the SMS and send to +44 x x x
    x x x x x x x  wherein "x x x x x x x x x x" would be your 10 digit SIM number. The Reliance World SIM card will have your number mentioned as 44 x x x x x
x x x x x i.e. the country code of UK will be prefixed to your 10 digit SIM number. Hence, your number will read as a 12 digit number with the first two
